Wondering if alcohol or substance use is getting in the way of the life you want?
Online therapy for Georgia adults who want to better understand their relationship with alcohol or substances, make choices that align with their values, and create calmer, healthier relationships
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to know something needs to change.
Maybe you’ve started questioning your relationship with alcohol or substances. Things may look okay from the outside, but you’re noticing that your choices don’t always align with the person you want to be. Your relationships may feel strained, life may feel more chaotic than you’d like, or you may simply be wondering, “Is this becoming a problem?”
I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to explore those questions without shame or pressure. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that may no longer be serving you, deepen your understanding of what’s driving them, and work toward choices that feel more aligned with your values.
My goal is to help you create a life that feels calmer and more connected, with healthier relationships, stronger communication, and greater confidence in the choices you’re making.
I specialize in supporting people across the spectrum of substance use, from those beginning to question their relationship with alcohol or substances to those navigating long-term recovery. I also work with loved ones impacted by addiction, providing education, support, and space to process their own experience.

Rates & Insurance
Individual therapy sessions are $150 per session.
I am currently in-network with Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you have Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, or Aetna, your benefits can be verified through Alma. Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits can be verified through Headway. Your exact cost per session will depend on your individual plan, deductible, copay, and coverage.
Prefer to pay privately? Self-pay sessions are $150, and most HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
I can also work with clients who have out-of-network benefits. If your plan provides out-of-network mental health coverage, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your therapy costs. Superbills are provided monthly to help with reimbursement.
Not sure which option applies to you? That’s okay. Book a 15-minute consultation and we can determine the best next step.
